  [S927] Obituary. Dorothy Helbling-Wagner, 86, died Dec. 29, 2013. A private memorial service is planned. She was born to Constantina (Braun) and Valentine Helbling Jr. on June 5, 1927. Our mom was known for her sense of humor and friendliness to everyone. Mom’s love for her family was her passion. We will always treasure her lesson of “family comes first,” the importance of education and spending money wisely. Dorothy is survived by her three daughters, Radene (Steve) Ostwald, Laurel, Mont., Connie Wagner, Bismarck, and Sarah Wagner, Portland, Ore.; her grandchildren, Nicklos See, Bismarck, Peter Degel (Leigh), Portland, Rachel McCoskery (John), Portland, and Jacob Holshue (Heather) Laurel, Mont. Her nine great-grandchildren were her special blessings. She is also survived by her sisters, Elaine (Jim) Hundley and Donna Anderst. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Eugene and Richard; and her sweet granddaughter, Becky. (Smith Funeral Chapel, Billings, Mont.)
