Milliger Way Date: December 05, 2000 at 13:46:10 of 21 Bottom of Form 1 Any information about my Great Grandmother Anna Dohler Mellecker. Born in 1858 in Johnson CO, Iowa. Married Henry Mellecker in Iowa on July 11, 1876. Moved to Omaha, NE and had two children: Charles Milliger (note spelling) and Lilly Mellecker. Charles was put in an oprhange during the periods of 1883 and 1886. Anna brought him home and his Dad Henry picked him up and again was put in an orphanage by his Father Henry and never was in contact with his Mother Anna again. We think Anna's Dad was John Dohler and Mother was Catherine. She may have remarried someone by the name of Alexander??We know that she and Henry were either divorced or just separated. spelling of mellecker has been several differnt spellings.
