Deiser Written by Reporter1 Morrie L. Deiser, 54, Geneva, died at 5 a.m. Sunday at Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis. He was born on June 18, 1953, in Muncie to Maurice and Marcella Deiser, who are deceased. He married Anndra "Angie" Grover on September 20, 1990; she survives. He was employed at the Strick Corp. truck trailer manufacturing plant in Monroe. Other survivors are a son, Kevin Deiser of Phoenix, Arizona; three daughters, Mrs. Quincy (Karen) Springer of Berne, Jenadee Chaffins of Geneva, and Mrs. Sami (Chana) Keen of Fort Wayne; a brother, Donald Deiser of Arizona; six sisters, Mrs. Jerry (Maurine) Knavel, Penny Lombard, Kathleen Delon, and Christine Wessel, all of Decatur; Mrs. Danny (Terry) McFarland of Bryant; and Pat Deiser of Arizona; and seven grandchildren. A brother and four sisters are deceased. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Yager-Kirchhofer Funeral Home, Berne, with burial in MRE Cemetery, rural Decatur. Visiting hours are 3-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Wednesday. Preferred memorials are to the Cancer Angel Fund within the Adams County Community Foundation.
