Marcella Weber, 88, of SR 78, Lewisville, died March 12, 2000, at the Woodsfield Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Monroe County, April 11, 1911, a daughter of the late William J. Weber and Gertrude Claus Weber. She was a member of the Trinity United Church of Christ, Lewisville, the Women's Guild, a member of the Rebekah Lodge of Lewisville, and a member of the Eastern Star of Woodsfield. Surviving are five daughters and four sons-in-law, Mrs. Vernon (Betty) Ischy, Lewisville, Iva Wise, Barnsville, Mrs. William (Eileen) Wise, Belmont, Mrs. Sheldon (Juineta) Blair, Tucson, Arizona, Mrs. Robert (Dorothy) Morris, Barnsville; a sister, Margaret Weber, Lewisville; a brother, William J. Wever, Brooksville, Florida; 14 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Ernest Hoff, 1971; second husband, Gilbert Weber, 1976; two grandsons; a son-in-law, Sam Wise; three brothers, Westley, Alfred and George Weber; a sister, Emma Lent. Friends were received Mar. 14 at the Bauer-Turner Funeral Home, Woodsfield, where services will be held March 15, at 1 p.m., with Rev. William Worcester officiating. Interment in Friendship Cemetery, Lewisville. Eastern Star and Rebekah Lodge services were held March 14. Memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of Guernsey, P.O.
