The last name was originally Newhart, but the spelling was changed to Neuhart sometime after they came to Missouri. Edward was born about 1890. He was married to Lucinda Johnson. They had four children: Mary Lucinda, who married Ezra Anderson; Ed Neuhart; Florence Neuhart; and Maud Neuhart. After Lucinda Johnson Newhart died from multiple bee stings, Edward Neuhart went to New Mexico. He remarried a women whose first name is Ett. After Edward died, Ett married a man named Tucker and lived in Joplin, Mo. This is the extent of the information we know.
