Fessel died last Friday night at 8:10 o'clock at his home at Central Barren following a three weeks illness of a complication of diseases. Mr. Fessel was thirty-two years of age. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Philip H. J. Fessel and was born and reared in the community in which he died. The deceased was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church at Bradford. He was a farmer and school bus driver of Morgan Township. Funeral services were held Monday morning at nine o'clock at St. Michael's Catholic Church. Burial was in the church cemetery. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Katherine Ems Fessel, two sons, Robert and Wayne Fessel, his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Philip H. J. Fessel, a brother, George Fessel of Central Barren, and two sisters, Misses Leona and Marie Fessel of Bradford.
