  [S927] Obituary. James K. Gardner Palm Bay, FL James K. Gardner, 80, of Palm Bay passed away on Tuesday January 8, 2013 at his home. A native of Harrisburg, PA, James retired as an employee at KSC after 40 years of service. He moved here in 1955 from Deposit, NY and was a veteran of the US Navy. Survivors include his daughter Tess and son-in-law Jim Hughes, grandsons Joel Knowles, Jr., Jason Knowles and James Hughes, great-grandchildren Nickolus, Kierstann, Easton, Kaitlyn, Autumn, Kirvan and Allie, brothers Richard and Harry, a sister Dorothy James, and a brother-in-law Barney Johnson. He was preceded in death by his wife Jane last October. Services will be private. Donations in his memory may be made to Hospice of Health First, 1900 Dairy Rd., Melbourne, FL 32904.
