Harriet is survived by her mother: Anna Koontz, Pana, IL; brothers & sisters: Louie Koontz & wife Donna, Pana, IL; Martha Hooper & husband Rick, Cowden, IL; Larry Koontz & wife Shelly, Pana, IL; Cynthia Koontz, Pana, IL; and Delbert Koontz & wife Shannon, Pana, IL; nieces & nephews: Sara Koontz, Alex Koontz, Jessica Rahn, Jeremy Koontz, Mathew Koontz, William Koontz. She was preceded in death by her father & brother, Gary Koontz.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 19, 2013 from 9 to 10 a.m. in McCracken-Dean Funeral Home with a graveside service following at 10:30 a.m. in Mound Cemetery, Pana with Pastor Neil Kaiser officiating.
