A Byesville area resident for 40 years, she was born in Harrietsville, Noble County, October 17, 1882, a daughter of John and Caroline Crock. In 1906 she married Charles Hashman, who survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Delia Oliver, of Buffalo; four sons, Melvin of Newcomerstown, Arthur of Loudonville, Charles of Mt. Vernon and Clarence of the home; 12 grandchildren, and two sisters, Mrs. Justina Kuhn of Lewisville, and Mrs. Minnie Ulrich, of Lewisville; five brothers, Gregory Crock, of Beallsville, John, Frank, Alex and Pete Crock all of Iowa. Two sisters are deceased. Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Herlan funeral home, conducted by Rev.
