  [S927] Obituary. HEAD, Evelyn Christine Age 91 of Madison, passed away on May 13, 2011. Preceded in death by husband, Horace H. Head; sister, Margaret Hooper; brother, Oscar Zimmerle; and sister, Rebecca Webb. Survived by daughter, Judy E. Head; brother, Burton (Ann) Zimmerle; nieces and nephews; best friend of 61 yrs., Sarah M. Watson; and daughter at-heart, Pat McDaniel. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 12 p.m. at Forest Lawn Chapel on May 16, 2011 with Rev. Jerry Shrum officiating. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 4-8 p.m. on Sunday and again 1 hr. before the service. Interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
