He was born at Miltonsburg, May 23, 1907, the son of the late Frederick Joseph Wahl and Appolonia Miller Wahl. He was a retired farmer and a member of St. Syl- vester Catholic Church, Woodsfield. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife Mary Louise Miller Wahl; two sisters, Mary Wahl and Gertrude Biedenbach; three brothers, Joseph, Roman, and Ralph Wahl. Surviving are his wife, Inez Dance Clemins Wahl; a son Robert Joseph Wahl of Lawrenceville, GA, a stepdaughter, Katherine Gallaher of Kawkawlin, MI, a granddaughter. Friends will be received at Watters Funeral Home, Woodsfield, Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral liturgy with Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Sylvester Cath- olic Church, Woodsfield, with the Rev.
