Neuhardt, Eddy Neuhardt

Edmond "Eddy" Howe Neuhardt, 26, 1236 N. Garfield, died early Friday morning in Bannock Regional Medical Center following an illness.
He was born Sept. 5, 1958, in Pocatello, the son of Wilmer C. and Arvilla Helen Howe Neuhardt and has spent his entire life in Pocatello.
He attended Lincoln Elementary School and the Special School at the Human Developent Center and graduated from Highland High School in 1979.
He was a member of the LDS Church and attended MIA. He enjoyed music, television, and bowling and had participated in the Special Olympics.
Survivors include his parents, Pocatello; six brothers, Roxy Neuhardt, Portland, Ore.; Eugene VanLeuven, Kearns, Utah; Karl VanLeuven, Riverton, Utah; Dirk VanLeuven, Pocatello; Fred VanLeuven, Milford, Utah; and Michael VanLeuven, Pocatello; two sisters, Joan Proefrock, Missoula, Mont.; and Ms. Robert W. (Charlene) Frisk, Pocatello. He was preceded in death by his grandparents and a sister.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday at noon at the Manning Funeral Chapel with Bishop John Tanner of the Pocatello LDS Third Ward officiating. Friends may call at the Manning Funeral Chapel Sunday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. On Monday the family will receive friends at Manning Funeral Chapel from 11 a.m. until service time. Burial will be in the Arimo Cemetery.
