Feldner August 8, 1917 - March 18, 1998 CALDWELL - Chester Leland ?Boob? Feldner, 80, of West Street died Wednesday morning (March 18, 1998) at his residence after a long illness. He was born Aug 8, 1917, in Noble County to Charles and Mary Murrey Feldner. An Army veteran of World War II, he served in the European Theater of Operations. He was a retired employee of Gould Inc. in Caldwell with 29 ½ years of service. He was a member of St. Stephen Catholic Church in Caldwell. He is survived by his wife, Cleo M. Thompson Feldner, whom he married Sept. 10, 1940; one daughter, Mrs. Kenneth (Emalene) Scheich of Caldwell; five sons, Gail Feldner and his wife, Donna, of Caldwell, Lloyd Feldner and his wife, Sheila, of Hiramsburg and Norman Feldner and his wife, Jackie, Jeff Feldner and LaVerne Feldner amd his wife Belinda, of Caldwell; two sisters, Angie Franks of Maximo, Ohio, and Mrs. Ken (Violet) Lunsford of Caldwell; one brother-in-law, Harry Reed, of Caldwell; two sisters-in=law, Lucy Feldner of Belle Valley and Mary Feldner of Gallatin, TN; 19 grandchildren,Karl Scheich and his wife Colleen, of Caldwell, Mrs. Andrew (Cleo Scheich) Stanberry of Berea, KY, Penny Reasoner of Caldwell, Mrs. Randall (Lisa) Clark of Caldwell, Thomas Feldner of Wheeling, WV; Sandy Feldner of Belle Valley, Tammy Feldner of Caldwell, Margaret Hickman of Belle Valley, Teresa Feldner of Hiramsburg, Lloyd Feldner, Jr of Hiramsburg and Tabitha Feldner, Michael Feldner, Christina Feldner, Patricia Feldner, Amber Feldner, Holly Feldner, Jessica Feldner, Kalyn Feldner and Anna Feldner all of Caldwell; two step-grandchildren, Robert McConahay of Byesville and Mrs. Chris (Nissa) Phillips of Newark; 19 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Stephen Catholic Church in Caldwell with the Rev. Dale Tornes as celebrant. Burial is in Mount Olivet Cemetery in Caldwell. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Friday at McVay Perkins Funeral Home in Caldwell, where Christian Scripture services will be conducted at 6:30 p.m. Friday. Caldwell Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4721 and Belle Valley American Legion Post 641 will conduct military graveside services. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Guernsey, P.O.
