He was born January 14, 1813 in Buffalo, Erie Co., New York and died December 21, 1877 in Carleton, Monroe Co., Michigan. In my records, though not proven yet, I show he first married about 1835 to an unknown woman and together had five daughters. It is presumed this first spouse died before 1857, the year he is suppose to have married Diana Lucke at St. Patrick's Church in Carleton, Monroe Co., Michigan. Diana had just recently immigrated to the US from Germany at age 16. Together they had 12 children including my GG-Grandmother, Mary Lambrix. Hope this helps.
