She was born May 1, 1906, in Noble County, daughter of the late Edward and Rosa Ruppel Craft. She was a member of St. Stephen Catholic Church in Caldwell. Mrs. Singer was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Singer, in 1988, and one brother, Raymond Craft. She leaves a niece, Mrs. Shirley Brown of Summerfield, and one nephew, Jackie Robinson of Caldwell. Friends were received from 6 to 9 p.m. at Tom Funeral Home. Scripture wake services were at 8:30 a.m. Funeral Mass was celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Carlisle with the Rev. Fr. Dale Tornes as celebrant. Burial was in St. Michael's Cemetery.
