On June 9, 1945 in Topeka Kansas he married Helen Lucile Balding who survives.Mr Schiffli was retired from the Rieke Corporation in Auburn and a member of St Anthony's Catholic Church in Angola. He was an Angola resident for 13 years.Surviving are one daughter of Auburn; one son of Ft Wayne; one brother Julius of Waterloo; one sister Agnes Lucke of Ottawa Ohio; and three grandchildren.One brother preceded him in death.Services will be at 10 am Thursday in the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church Auburn. Fr Bernard Zadjel OFM will officiate. Friends may call in the Dilgard, Cline & Southern Funeral Home Auburn from 5-9 pm Wednesday. A rosary will be said Wednesday at 8 pm in the funeral home.
