Obituary (courtesy of Betty Hartley) Miss Anna Louise Schumacher, 78 of Woodsfield, Route 1, died Saturday morning, January 23, 1965 at eight o'clock at her home following a several months' illness. She was born February 2, 1886, at Woodsfield, a daughter of John and Catherine Weisend Schumacher. Surviving are a sister, Miss Emma Schumacher and a brother Benjamin Schumacher of the home. One sister, Mrs. Clementine Haren preceded her in death. Friends were received at the Michener Funeral Hom where the Rosary was recited on Monday evening. A Requiem High Mass was solemnized on Tuesday morning at 9:30 o'clock in St. Sylvester's Church, with Rev. Robert A. Brown officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.
