  [S927] Obituary. Obituary - Barnesville Enterprise, March 22, 1973, P. 11, Column 3 & 4, Section 1: Arthur F. Hunkler - Arthur F. Hunkler, 63, resident of 301 North Lincoln Avenue, Barnesville, died Thursday, March 15th at 9:15 p.m. at Barnesville Hospital, from an apparent heart attack. He was born in Barnesville, November 12, 1909, son of the late John and Mary Daiegmiller Hunkler. He was a member of Barnesville Elks Lodge No. 1699, and was past president of Ohio State Elks Bowling Association. Preceded in death by his wife, Rachel in 1968, one son Frederick in 1973, one brother, Walter in 1951, he is survived by on son, Rodney of Columbus; one daughter, Mrs. Larry (Phoebe) Hayes of Wheaton, Illinois; three grandchildren and two brothers, Mancel and Robert, both of Barnesville. Friends were received at Campbell & Plumly Funeral Home on North Chestnut Street. Services were held Sunday March 18th at 2 p.m. at the funeral home, conducted by Rev. Richard R. Eshler. Burial will be made at the convenience of the family. Barnesville Elks Lodge held services Saturday evening at 7 p.m.
