Mueller & Sons and Sears in Hartford for many years.He is survived by his sister, Charlene "Chip" (Bernard) Schellinger of Hartford, two sisters-in-law, Verna Lechner of Slinger and Ann Lechner of Hartford; and two borthers-in-law, Howard Black and Paul Buckreus, both of Hartford. Whitey is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth; his parents; three sisters, Virginia Gruenhagen, Anna Mae Black, and Emily (Alvin) Mueller; and two brothers, Roy and Glenn Lechner.Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, July 15, 2003 at 10 a.m. at St. Kilian Catholic Church, Hartford with Fr. Mike Petrie officiating. Family will greet relatives and friends Monday at the Shimon Funeral Home, Hartford from 5 to 8 p.m. with a prayer vigil at 7 p.m.Interment Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Hartford. Shimon Funeral Home is assisting the family.
