She is survived by her three children, Lorraine Hallmark, Dana Hallmark of Redding and daughter Donna Ann Gulas and her husband Don of Bremerton WA. Barbara is also survived by her granddaughter Karen Woodall, husband Mike and great- granddaughter Haley of Fontana CA, her sister Patricia Raffensperger of Ashland OR and many nieces and nephews. Barbara worked for many years on election boards for the county. She was also a volunteer for many years with the American Cancer Society as a Freewheeler. Services to be at a later date. Burial will be at the Northern California Veterans Cemetery in Igo where her husband is buried.
