Charles was born in Martins Ferry on March 28, 1915, a son of the late Joseph V. and Marie (Brubaugh) Reasbeck. He was retired from the former C. J. Reasbeck Sons; a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church; Martins Ferry Council 1421 of the Knight of Columbus; Fourth Degree member of Commodore Barry Assembly; B.P.O.E. Lodge 2836; Martins Ferry Boosters; and Past Director of the former Peoples Savings Bank, all of Martins Ferry. Surviving are his wife of 65 years, Margaret Ann (Meister) Reasbeck; daughter, Barbara Ann (William) Edge, Martins Ferry; granddaughter, Lisa M. Edge, Columbus, Ohio; brother, Joseph V. (Emma) Reasbeck, Florida; sister, Rose Marie Harper, Lansing, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.
