He was born December 25, 1933 a son of the late Vernon Cecil & Luella Norris Roth. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and had retired from PSI in Columbus, Ohio. Preceded in death by his wife Gaile Roth in 1994. He is survived by his son Charles Roth of Columbus, Ohio two daughters Cindy (Jeff) Campbell of Columbus, and Mindy Roth, one brother Clyde Roth of Columbus, and two grandchildren Amanda Roth, and Heather Roth. There will be no visitation. Arrangements by the Bauer-Turner Funeral Home 100 S. Paul St. Woodsfield, Ohio. Internment will be at the convenience of the family in Neuhart Cemetery near Woodsfield.
