She was born in Monroe County, near Miltonsburg, April 9, 1903, a daughter of the late William Brubach and Rosa Burkhart Brubach. She was a member of the St. Sylvester Catholic Church, St. Francis Society, Catholic Women's Club and the Purgatorial Society. Surviving are a son, William G. Calvert, Lewisville; a daughter and son-in-law, Shirley and Don L. Seamon, of Wheeling; two brothers, Paul Brubach, Woodsfield, Albert Brubach, of Bridgeport; a sister Marie O'Connell, of Woodsfield; eight grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George A. Calvert, Lewisville; a daughter and son-in-law, Shirley and Don L.
