- BUHLMAN - At the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Edward SPITZ, No. 196 Depew street, Sunday, April 18, 1915, Mrs. Johanna SOMMERS BUHLMAN, aged 70 years, 1 month. She is survived by one son, Jacob SOMMERS; two daughters, Mrs. Edward SPITZ and Mrs. William KERN and six grandchildren; two brothers, Ferdinand BECKLEY, of Germany, and Carl BECKLEY, of this city.-Funeral services will take place Wednesday afternoon, Apr 21, 1915, at 2:30 o'clock from her late residence. Interment at Mount Hope cemetery.
...................BROWN - COWLEYMiss Bertha M. COWLEY of Clifton Springs and Elmer C. BROWN of Canandaigua, were married on Thanksgiving day in this city at the home of the Rev. Adolph BALTZER, of 192 Child St.After the ceremony a wedding dinner was served at the home of the bride's sister, Mrs. Edward SPITZ, of 196 Depew St., for about 26 relatives and friends from Canandaigua and Clifton Springs.After a trip Mr. and Mrs. BROWN will be at home after Dec. 15 at the bride's farm, south of Clifton Springs.
