Obituary Yvonne Louise Lemley nee Fyock, 79, of Caseyville, IL and formally of Carlyle, IL passed away Tuesday, May 26, 2020. Yvonne was born September 10, 1940 in Texarkana, TX. She was a member of Carlyle Teachers Union and Carlyle Methodist Church. Yvonne?s hobbies included golfing, fishing, and playing bridge with friends. She loved her job in retail working in women?s clothing at JCPenney?s. Yvonne was preceded in death by her parents, William and Bonnie (nee Peek) Fyock; husband, Billy Ray Lemley; brothers, Anthony Fyock, William Fyock II, and James Fyock; and son-in-law, Kevin C. Simonton. Surviving are her daughter, Tamara (Michael Zerefa) Simonton of Naples, FL; grandchildren, Courtney Simonton and Cody (Alexis Robert) Simonton; and great-granddaughter, Lakyn Lynn Simonton. Memorials may be made to Southwestern Illinois Visiting Nurse Association, 7 Executive Woods, Swansea, IL 62226. Condolences may be extended to the family online at www.schildknechtfh.com.
