Hunt in 1982.Born in Hamburg, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Bertha (Moyer) Moyer.Ruth retired in 2015 after many years as a library aide at Lancaster Bible College Library. Earlier, she had worked at the New Holland Community Library, now Eastern Lancaster County Library.She was a member of Salem Bible Church, was an avid reader, and enjoyed fabric painting.Surviving are six children: Lance A. married to Laurie Brobst, Knoxville, TN; Robin P. married to Patricia Brobst, Greenville, SC; Deborah R. Hunt, New Holland; Priscilla C. married to Gary Matz, Trevose; Robert L. married to Mary Hunt, Summerfield, FL; Jeffrey V. married to Debbie Hunt, Blairsville, GA; 15 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren, and a cousin Betty Spatz, Shoemakersville.She was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Moyer.Her funeral will be held on Sunday, April 10, 2016 (TOMORROW) at 2 p.m. at Salem Bible Church, 590 Voganville Rd., New Holland with Pastor John Winterstein officiating.
