He was 90. r Mr. Hoeg was born July 19, 190q, in Brooklyn to Charles and Margaret Bauman Hoeg. He married! Ann M. Walthers 67 years ago in Hoboken, N.J. former art company owner Mr. Hoeg owned Solace Art Co. in New York City for more than 40 years. A Rockland County resident for the past six months, he previously lived in Toms River, N.J., and Westchester County. Mr. Hoeg is survived by his wife; three sons, Edward of Denver, Charles of Blue Point, Long Island, and George of Bardonia; a daughter, Janet Jupe of Bardonia; two brothers, Harry of Long Island and Anthony of Port St. Lucie, Fla.; 14 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
