Kathryn Anna Foster, 96 years, of Naples, Florida, and a former resident of Bryan, passed away Saturday, July 28, 2012 at Imperial Healthcare Center, Naples, Florida. Kathryn was born February 19, 1916 in Montpelier, Ohio, the daughter of the late Robert Nicholas and Alda Jean (Mann) Siebenaler. She was a 1935 graduate of Bryan High School. Kathryn married Carroll Foster on November 7, 1953, and he preceded her in death on July 11, 2003. Kathryn was employed by the former Holabird Furniture Company for over 40 years. She was a former member of the Bryan Eagles Aerie 2233, Bryan VFW Post 2489 Ladies Auxiliary. She was also a member of the Lady Bugs and the Bryan First Church of Christ. Surviving are her stepchildren, Tom (Kathy) Foster of Bryan, Shirley Goldsmith of Bryan and Linda Sue (Charles) Powell of Ney. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Carroll, sisters, Roena Henry and Mary Evelyn Lachance and two brothers, Anthony and Johnny Siebenaler. Graveside funeral services for Kathryn Anna Foster will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 21, 2012 at Fountain Grove Cemetery, Bryan with Pastor Larry Snavely officiating.
