[S927] Obituary. VERONICA F. COONS AGE: 82 ORLANDO, FLA. i Veronica F. Coons, 82, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2009, at her Orlando, Fla. home. She was a resident of Port Monmouth for 22 years, where she raised her seven children and was a parishioner of St. Mary's Church in New Monmouth before retiring to Florida in 1972. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Frank; and two sons, Frank M., and Timothy J. Coons. She is survived by her daughter, Jacqueline Kingsland; her sons, Joseph P., Thomas G., Ronald T., all of Florida, and Daniel P. Coons of Las Vegas, Nev.; her five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, Sept. 21 at John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, 115 Tindall Road, Middletown. Funeral services are scheduled for 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 22 from the funeral home, with a Funeral Liturgy to be offered at 9:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Chapel, 26 Leonardville Road, New Monmouth. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Middle-town.
