Donald Lyle Biddle, resident of Miami, Okla., passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2011at his home. He was 80 years old.
He was born August 2, 1930 in Cass City, Mich. to Lyle and Mary (Whaylan)Biddle.
He served in the US Army and was a corporal. While in the Army he served inthe Korean War and was awarded the Army of Occupation Metal, Purple HeartMetal, and Combat Infantry Badge. He was a retired farmer having worked forJohnson?s Dairy.
Donald was survived by four sons, Don Biddle, and spouse Ellen of Miami,Okla., Roger Biddle of Leawood, Kan., David Biddle of Olathe, Kan., and RandyBiddle of Utah; three daughters, Debra Michael and spouse Ron of Wyandotte,Okla., Delana Garrett, and Spouse Darrel of Bernice, Okla., and Betsy Brake, andspouse Randy of Kansas City, Kan.; one sister, Patricia Hall of Springfield, Ill.;nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Charles Biddle.
Services will be at 2 p.m., Friday, July the 29, 2011 at the Adcock Funeral HomeChapel in Miami with Chaplain Geoff Buffalo officiating.
Serving as pallbearers will be Don Biddle, Cody Biddle, Daniel Tipton, GeneWools, Jessica Biddle and Shae Euran.
A visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. today, July 28, 2011 at the Adcock FuneralHome Chapel in Miami.
Interment will be at GAR Cemetery in Miami.
