[S927] Obituary. Obituary Veva J Britain age 99 of Russellville, Ohio passed away Sunday, April 17, 2016 at the Clermont Mercy Hospital. She was born on April 12, 1917 in Ash Ridge, OH the daughter of the late Eric and Lora (Wagner) Inskeep. She was a homemaker. Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband Edward E Britain in 1987. Veva is survived by 1 daughter; Brenda Layton and husband David of Russellville, 1 brother; Darrell "Skip" Inskeep of Ash Ridge, 3 grandchildren; David Layton and wife Jennifer, Matthew Layton and wife Sara and Krista Layton, 8 great grandchildren; Aaron Layton, Taylor Layton, Nathan Layton, Joshua (Taylor) Layton, Madison Layton, Jackson Maienschein, Noah Maienschein & Layton Maienschein and several nieces & nephews. Funeral Services will be held Thursday April 21, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at the Meeker Funeral Home in Russellville with Mike Starkey officiating. Burial will follow at the Ash Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1:00 - 2:00 PM prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ohio Valley Manor Activities Group, 5280 US Rte 62 & 68, Ripley, OH 45167.
