"Cookie" Cook, age 80, of Sylvania, passed away Friday, November 26th, 2010 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. He was born July 21st, 1930 to Carl Joseph and Helen Beatrice (Blakley) Cook in Toledo. Bob was a U.S. Navy Veteran of the Korean War serving on the USS Missouri. He was employed at The Ford Motor Company for many years, retiring in 2000. Bob was also a member of the Eagles and an avid coin collector. He also enjoyed fishing and playing Euchre with his family. Bob was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his children, Sharyl (Daniel); Cindy (Gary); Dale (Nancy) Robert (Patti); David (Debra); Steven (Mark) and Bonnie (Randy); former wife and dear friend, Alma M. Kujawski; 13 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.The family will receive guests Thursday from 2:00-8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Friday at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.Memorial Contributions may be made to The Association of Miraculous Medal, 1811 West Saint Joseph Street, Perryville, Missouri 63775.
