Bio: Charles Kevin Kluver was born July 11, 1949 in Denison, Iowa, the son of Carl Emil and Lois Mae (Steinhoff) Kluver. He passed away on Friday morning, March 8, 2013 at the Good Samaritan Society in Red Oak, Iowa at the age of 63 years, 7 months and 25 days.Chuck grew up in Shenandoah and graduated from Shenandoah High School in 1967. He later received his bachelor's degree from Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, Missouri. On June 8, 2002 he married Linda Fish on a farm in Taylor County, Iowa.Chuck loved the outdoors whether it was hunting, fishing or camping. He also loved music and played the washboard in a band.He was preceded in death by his mother and father-in-law, Dr. F.T. and Isabelle Fish; his grandparents, Herman and Clara Steinhoff, Carl and Emma Kluver, Charles and Florence Miller; his brother, Ross Kluver; and a niece, Brooklyn Olson.Survivors include his wife, Linda Kluver of Red Oak, Iowa; his children, Josh Kluver, Tim Pfeiffer and his wife Leigh of Stanton, Iowa, Amy Gilbride and her husband Ryan of Lincoln, Nebraska, Tom Pfeiffer and his wife Courtney of Omaha, Nebraska, Laura LaPrell and her husband Matt of Phoenix, Arizona; his parents, Carl and Lois Kluver of Essex, Iowa; a sister, Joan Olson of Essex, Iowa; brothers and sisters-in-law, Paul and Kay Fish, Lori and Roy Ellis, Mark & Diane Fish, Joel and Marcia Fish, Kevin & Denise Fish, Lois and Cory Hall, Bill and Debbie Fish, Lisa and Kevin Shawgo, Dale and Wendy Fish; along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
