Joe was born in Galway Ireland the oldest of 11 siblings. He was a retiree of Kodak after 37 years. His Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday December 3rd at 10:00 at St. John the Evangelist Church 2400 West Ridge Rd. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
