HAYLOR, 56, of 305 Plymouth Ave., Mattydale, died yesterday afternoon at his home. He was a Syracuse native and a Mattydale resident 26 years. A World War II veteran and a member of the Evangelical United Methodist Church, he was employed 34 years by the E. W. Edwards Co. before his retirement last year. Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Anna Haylor; three brothers, Osgood and Clifford of Mattydale, and Edwin Haylor of Lakeport; a sister, Miss Almira L. Haylor of Mattydale, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral arrangements are incomplete. Friends may call 7 to 9 today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at the Krueger Funeral Home, Mattydale.
