She was born on March 31, 1933 to her parents, Wilbert F. Burkhard and Mary A. Pettit Burkhard in McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania. Catherine has been a resident of the area since 1956. She received her LVN degree from Lamar. Catherine worked at St. Mary Hospital, Park Place Hospital and later with private home health care. She was affiliated with Assembly of God. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Thomas Levet, her daughter, Mary Claire Price. Catherine is survived by her son, Wilbert Nuttall and wife, Janice; her son-in-law and caregiver, Lloyd Price, Sr.; four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren along with her sister, Dorothy Talbert; as well as several nieces and nephews.
