NOTE: An additional sister, Ruth Gritten, is stated in an expense list "from" Della's will, dated 09-09-1946. This is the only sheet from the will I have. Della and Ruth shared a joint bank account in Lima, Ohio in which Ruth used that money toward the expenses and the grave and burial at Memorial park cemetery, Davis Miller and Son Funeral. This document also states there was no money left for a monument/headstone for Della.Others (names) stated in his (Oscar A ) will and not sure how they are related... If they are children, etc. If anyone knows, please submit the info.: Oscar E. Schaffer, Jerry Schaffer, Hazel Poppe, Hulbert Poppe, Memorial #19989811. The will was made 10-07-1975 in Lima, Ohio. Oscar's address, stated on death cert, was Villa Nova, St. Mary's, Auglaize, Ohio. The will also verifies the cemetery he is buried in. Update 03-10-14: Oscar E. and Jerry were brothers. They had another brother James who died in 1966, born 01-14-1942. His obit listed on his Memorial #29237071. These 3 brothers parents were Hazel Poppe and Edgar Schaffer. Edgar was last known living in Jacksonville, FL in 1966 according to all dates/documents kept by Ethel Schaffer Boyd.
