  [S927] Obituary. MARIETTA J. MAYFIELD 1919 - 06 Obituary Marietta J. (Muck) Mayfield, 96, of Delmont, passed away peacefully Sunday, Aug. 9, 2015, in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg, surrounded by her beloved family. She was born June 25, 1919, in Braddock, the daughter of the late Joseph and Sara (Patton) Muck. Marietta was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert J. Mayfield; and son, Donald G. Mayfield. Marietta will be deeply missed by her loving family. She is survived by her devoted children, Edward Mayfield, of Lake Isabella, Calif., Sara Crystaloski, of Greensburg, and Ronald Mayfield, (Phyllis), of Central City; and grandchildren, Brian (Sheila), Teresa (Dana) and Kim (Henry). She was a loving great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother to all of her great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Family and friends will be received from 10 a.m. to noon Tuesday at the VAIA FUNERAL HOME INC., 463 Athena Drive, Delmont, 724-468-1177. Funeral services for Marietta will be conducted at noon Tuesday in the funeral home, immediately following visitation, with Pastor James Llewellyn, of Murrysville Alliance Church, officiating. Interment will follow in Twin Valley Memorial Park, Delmont.
