Weihbrecht, 73, of Harrisburg, left this world peacefully in the presence of loving family members on January 2, 2008 at Harrisburg Hospital. Born in Wilkes-Barre, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Margaret Blaum Henry. Marion was a registered nurse and retired from Harrisburg Hospital. She graduated from St. Nicholas High School in Wilkes-Barre in 1952 and was a graduate of Mercy Hospital School of Nursing in Wilkes-Barre. She was a member of St. Matthew's Catholic Church, Dauphin and was a volunteer for Indian Wheels. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, William E. Weihbrecht; a daughter, Peggy Kuntz and her husband, Jim of Dauphin; five sons, Bill and his wife, Linda, Steve and his wife, Beth, both of Etters, Dave and his wife, Lori of Enola, Jim and his wife, Janet of Macungi and Michael and his wife, Lisa of Egg Harbor Twp., NJ; and 16 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Hap Henry. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, January 7, at 10 a.m., at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, with Rev. Kevin Thompson as celebrant. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery. There will be a visitation Sunday evening from 6-8 p.m., at Hoover Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc., 6011 Linglestown Road, Harrisburg. Recitation of the Rosary will be at 7:45 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church Building Fund, 2826 Herr Street, Penbrook, PA 17103.
