  [S927] Obituary. Kelly Heupel, 52, Mandan, passed away Feb. 10, 2017, at CHI St. Alexius Health, Bismarck. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m., Friday, Feb. 17, 2017, at DaWise-Perry Funeral Services, Mandan, with Rev. Cory Phillips officiating. Visitation begins at 11:30 a.m. the day of the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Bismarck, in the spring. Kelly was born August 22, 1964, at Bismarck, to Milton and Adeline (Neher) Heupel. She was raised and educated in Bismarck. Kelly lived in Kansas and Washington state for a short while; but always called Bismarck home. Although Kelly was never married, her children Dalton and Alyson were the light of her life. She was known as a fun spontaneous person and always ready for an adventure. Kelly enjoyed doing mother-daughter activities with Alyson and also enjoyed spending time with friends. She loved to travel and enjoy life to the fullest. She will be greatly missed by all her friends and family. She is survived by her father Milton, Mandan; one daughter, Allyson, Mandan; one son, Dalton, Bismarck; one sister, Kathy (Neill) Fox, Phoenix, Ariz.; two brothers, Garth, New Salem, and Tim, Glendale, Ariz.; numerous nieces, nephews, and a special friend, Al. Kelly was preceded in death by her mother; Adeline; grandparents; sister-in-law, Anna; niece, Marie; and numerous aunts and uncles.
