Sac Bee Tue 24 Aug 1943 p4 Final Distribution Of Nicolaus Estate Is Approved By Court An order approving final distribution and discharge of executor in the estate of Edward A. Nicolaus, Sacramento capitalist, was signed yesterday afternoon by Superior Judge Malcolm C. Glenn. Nicolaus died December 1, 1942, leaving an estate valued at $94,107.17 and including a one third interest in the Nicolaus Building at 1020 Eighth Street. His will bequeathed one half the estate to his widow, Mrs. Florence W. Nicolaus of 2509 Capitol Avenue, and one half to five children. Edward A. Nicolaus, Jr., of Alameda County, a son of the decedent, was the executor.
