She was a homemaker, marrying Frank Walter on Aug. 24, 1921 in the St. Maurice Catholic Church. He preceded her in death on Jan. 9, 1939.She was a member of the St. Maurice Catholic Church, the National Council of Catholic Women, the Third Order of St. Frances.Wolter is survived by: four sons, Carl E. Wolter, R.R.6, Greensburg, Norbert M. Wolter, Seymour, Ind., Albia J. Wolter, Cincinnati, Louis R. Wolter, Osgood, ind.; three daughters, Mrs. Henry (Dorothy L.) Bicknell, Greensburg, Evelyn M. Kiefer II, Westport, Mrs. Leroy (Thelma C.) Grossman, Batesville, Ind.; three sisters-in-law; one brother-in-law; 31 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; five step-grandchildren and five great-step-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by one brother, Walter Gauck, and two sons, Bernard and Martin Wolter.Services will be Tuesday at 10:30 a.m., at the St.Maurice Catholic Church.
