MOTHER DIES AT HOME OF DAUGHTER Mrs. John Volm, 54, resident of the Town of Kewaskum who had been making a stay with her daughter, Mrs. Robert Kleiber, here in the village died there early Tuesday morning following an illness of three months. An early resident of the Town of Ashford, she was born there October 6, 1895 nee Lona Mueller. On April 24, 1917 she was married to John Volm and the couple lived in the Town of Kewaskum the past 24 years. Surviving are her husband and four children, Evelyn, Mrs. Robert Kleiber of here; Alois “Jack” Volm of Milwaukee; Helen, Mrs. Robert Volesky of Allenton and Marjorie at home. Another child died in infancy. Also surviving are three sisters, Sister M. Cyrilla O.F.S. of Jefferson, Mrs. Margaret Miller of Port Washington, Mrs. John S. Schaeffer of the Town of Auburn, and two brothers Ed and Joe of the Town of Ashford. She was a member of the Ladies Alter Society of St. Bridget’s congregation. Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Friday, October 28, form the Miller Funeral home in Kewaskum and at 9:30 a..m. from St. Bridget’s church with the Rev. F.C. La Buwi officiating.
