  [S927] Obituary. THOMAS L. STEPHEN Thomas L. Stephen, age 69, of Alliance, passed away Saturday, Sept. 13, 2014, at the Community Hospice House in New Philadelphia, Ohio, following a long illness. He was born July 27, 1945, in Barnesville, Ohio, to the late George and Anna (Gallagher) Stephen. Thomas was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served in the Vietnam War. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Cherylann Stephen; daughters, Jody (Tim) Vance, April Stephen, Mandy Bales, Amanda (Dallas) Montgomery and Tabitha McCalla; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother, Randy Stephen; and nephews, Randy Lee and Ryan Stephen.
