He was born the son of Daniel and Anna (Harrigan) Tubbs on May 1, 1919 in Lima, NY. He owned and Operated the Tubbs Farm in Mount Morris for over 65 years. He was an exempt member of Active Hose Company of the Mount Morris Fire Department. He is survived by 2 sons Daniel (Patricia) Tubbs Jr. of Mt. Morris & Brian (Mary Jo) Tubbs of Dansville. 4 Grandchildren Alison (Craig) Macauley of Geneseo, Dawn (Bill Gagnon) of Mt Morris, Bobbie Jo (Bob) Mulvaney of Livonia & Tammy Jo (Lance) Day of Hemlock. 9 Great Grandchildren. 2 Sisters Ruth Fallesen & Monica Shearing. Nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Evelyn in 2005. Friends may call Friday from 5-7 pm at the JOHN W. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, 37 Chapel Street, (Route 408), Mount Morris.
