Gail Annette McCarver, 63, of Woodbridge passed away peacefully in her home, surrounded by her family and best friend by her side. She was born on December 19, 1950 in Lodi, to Albert and Viola Schweitz. Gail worked as a Senior Account Executive for approximately 20 years.
Her hobbies included: decorating, RV'ing, crafting, Bunco, and enjoying a nice meal with her friends. Gail enjoyed sitting in the backyard watching the hummingbirds, monarchs, and admiring the beautiful flowers that her husband planted for her. Everyone who met her loved her. She was a loving mother and wife. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
She is survived by her husband, Tony McCarver; daughter Kimberly McCarver. Her brother, Gary Schweitz, and her parents preceded her in death.
Friends are invited to visit on Tuesday, April 22, from 10 am - 5 pm at Lodi Funeral Home. A chapel service will be held on Wednesday, April 23; at 1 pm at Lodi Funeral Home all are welcome. Committal will follow at Cherokee Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the UCSF Helen Diller Cancer Memorial Fund at P.O.
