Born in Fort Wayne, she worked in Human Resources at Summit Bank for 10 years, retiring in 1991. She was a member of Our Lady of Good Hope Catholic Church and a volunteer for Matthew 25. "Ruth enjoyed traveling, bowling, going to IU basketball games, playing Bridge, reading and being with her family and friends." She is survived by her husband, Len Luginbill of Fort Wayne; son, Dan (Nicki) Luginbill of Fort Wayne; daughter, Jan (Jerry) Colone of Fort Wayne; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Ruth was preceded in death by a daughter, Lynn; parents, Clarence and Antoinette Schlink; and a brother, Don Schlink. Mass of Christian Burial is 11 a.m. Thursday at Our Lady of Good Hope Catholic Church, 7215 St. Joe Road, with calling one hour prior at the church. Calling also from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at D.O. Mc-Comb & Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 E. Dupont Road, with Vigil at 4:30. Burial in Catholic Cemetery.
