Miller, 56, who died at 11:50 a. m. Monday, May 1, 2000, at St. Patrick Hospital in Lake Charles. Burial will be held in St. Lawrence Cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Connie M. Miller of Iota; his father, Leroy J. Miller Sr. of Crowley; two sons, Patrick Miller of Crowley and Christopher Miller of Iota; one daughter, Felicia Lyons of Mowata; one brother, John Gary Miller of Crowley; and five grandchildren, Andre, Samantha, and Olivia Lyons of Mowata, Christine Miller of Iota and Elise Miller of Crowley. Mr. Miller was preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Ruppert Miller. He was a member of the St. Lawrence Catholic Church. He was also a mason. He was a loving father and grandfather.
