Lydia Eckman was born Feb. 23, 1914 near Zeeland where she grew up and attended school. She married Reinhold Just on Sept. 26, 1933 near Zeeland. They moved to the Berlin, ND area where they farmed. They moved to LaMoure in 1967 and continued to farm until retiring in 1985. She entered the Care Center in 2002. She is survived by her husband; three sons, Clarence (Joanne), Oakes, Dennis (Doris), Berlin, Harold, Eagan, MN; and three sisters, Maggie Braun, Napoleon, Pauline Meidinger, Ottlia Just, both Wishek. The funeral was Saturday in Trinity Lutheran Church, LaMoure.
