He was preceded in death by his wife, LaVerne Schuler. Survivors include his children, Barbara Ann Gillum (Fred) and Mike Schuler (Sharon); grandchildren, Traci, Terry Renee, Heather, Chris, Erin, Zach, and Joe; 11 great grandchildren; and his brothers, Norbert and John Schuler. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Incarnation Catholic Church, 2229 Lower Hunters Trace, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
